The first is preventative, checking that the system operated properly. The second is emergency, where a response is available at all times to repair malfunctions or accidental breakages. Support
As part of our customer service contract, Sheridan Security Systems provides another level of service. Usually many problems are rectified over the telephone. This means that problems are solved in a timely and cost effective manner. We can be contacted through our office during office hours and an engineer is available outside these hours to talk customers through difficulties. (These can include simple operator problems, queries regarding the use of unusual features, changing codes etc)

The availability of an engineer 24/7 ensures the highest standard of service to customers and is a prime reason for our high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
